Private, trauma-informed sessions for those in transition, fragmentation, questions of meaning, or longing for connectedness.
In practice, we work with attention, perception, and felt sense to restore clarity.
We explore implicit memory, body-held patterns, and nervous system pathways.
We uncover internal contradictions, shadow dynamics, unconscious scripts, and gradually integrate split parts of psyche.
We work with the human system as a whole, engaging somatic and symbolic, often unconscious layers through metaphor, archetypal imagery, and guided attention.
Tailored practices support the rebuilding of self-trust, resilience, and coherence.
Our work mostly happens in expanded states of awareness, grounded and safe, with no spiritual bypassing.
"My job is to be a space where nothing in me is preventing changes that are wanting to emerge in you"

Life is full of possibilities, and they shift depending on the place we look from. This work is for those who sense there's more to life than what's currently understood.
The greatest of all gifts for the development of human potential.
Meeting what was once too much or too little without retraumatizing.
Reclaiming fragmented parts of psyche into personal power.
Currently completing my IACTM-accredited certification (Switzerland, 2025), this framework supports accessing subconscious layers of psyche beyond cognitive narratives and the limits of personal identity — including symbolic patterns, systemic roles, and expanded states of consciousness.
As a certified ASE facilitator (Switzerland, 2025), I use a practical method that integrates attention training, metaphor work, and somatic tracking.
Neuroscience suggests unconscious processes begin approximately 0.5 seconds before conscious awareness. This method helps shift unconscious patterns held in the body-mind system.
Transform Trauma (Oxford, 2025), Certified Breathwork Facilitator with Laurent Roure (Amsterdam, 2019), Vipassana meditation practice, and Movement (Ido Portal method). My work is also shaped by a longstanding curiosity about consciousness and non-ordinary states (inspired by Stan Grof), quantum and depth psychology (by C. Jung).
If something in this space resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a session.
I currently offer sessions on a pro-bono basis.
